Archives: February newsletter

Meadowlane Audio is unique in the Internet world. Our short stories are written about real animals, whimsical creatures and loveable kids who enjoy living on a farm. Check out the photographs for hints about each story. All the characters learn something important in every adventure. At the end, we have provided a Food for Thought message that encourages children to think and respond creatively.

Hey there friends:
We thought we'd send you a newsletter - not in your mailbox, but in this INBOX.  We hope you're finding the Meadowlane website lots of fun. If you haven't come up the lane lately, there might be something new for you at http://stores.livingwordsmann.com
And don't forget to look for the link to The Playground at http://meadowlane.homestead.com

Each month Meadowlane is going to have a Roving Reporter, who knows what everybody's up to, here on the farm. This month Herbie the Goldfishas a tale to tell all about his adventures through the cold winter months in the garden pond.

Sharon has written another poem for you
Marching Along

Sharon will tell you about a parade she attended in Alabama when she saw lots of people 'marching along'.
Mardi Gras Parade

How is Stormy? Well, thanks for asking. She was at the Veterinarian twice in December as you may know. But, she went south for a holiday in February and the Fergus Manns'  treated her like a princess.
Watch for more stories about Stormy.

To a parent or care-giver in your house: Thanks for guiding the children in the house to this website and newsletter. They will be encouraged to make good choices and to enjoy their family, friends and pets.

Rogers Television: Rev. David Shearman interviewed Sharon and Donna on the show FaithWorks. It sounded like Rev. David would like to hear the story about the good troll.

The Party: Some of you have asked about Bev's story. Check out the Playground Page and read where unbeknown to Donna, Meadowlane animals and creatures stepped from the story lines and yes, had a party on her birthday.

Tell us a story: We hope the stories will provide a pleasant and fun experience. And we truly welcome responses to the story characters and setting. We'll publish it from a Playground link.
